Job Description
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Tokopedia, Shopee, TikTok, and the company website.
2. Monitor and analyze online sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective online promotions, campaigns, and content to drive sales.
4. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing to ensure accurate and timely updates across all online sales and channels.
5. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels and provide excellent customer service to build customer loyalty and increase sales.
6. Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery, and fulfillment.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing strategies to continuously improve online sales performance.
Requirements
1. High school or Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for education in Marketing, Communication, Business, etc.
2. Min. 1-year experience in sales, particularly in an online or e-commerce setting.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to use online sales platforms, Microsoft Office, and other software tools.
5. Motivated to achieve sales targets and performance goals with high standards of quality and integrity.
6. Familiarity with the helmet industry, market trends, and competitors is a plus.
7. Willing to fully WFO (Office located in Arcamanik, Bandung)
