Operations Department Role

The Operations Department at RSV Helmets is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of logistics, warehouse operations, and delivery processes. Our team focuses on optimizing operational workflows, maintaining high standards of inventory and warehouse management, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer expectations.

Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee all operational activities within the department, including logistics, warehouse management, and delivery processes. Your role involves developing and implementing operational strategies, managing team performance, and ensuring that all operations are conducted efficiently and in line with company goals. You will also handle budget management and process improvements to enhance overall operational effectiveness.

Warehouse Supervisor

In the role of Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. Your responsibilities include ensuring that warehouse procedures are followed, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. You will also oversee the training of warehouse staff and address any operational issues that arise.

Warehouse Admin

As the Warehouse Admin, you will provide administrative support for warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include managing inventory records, processing orders, and handling documentation related to warehouse activities. You will assist with coordinating warehouse activities and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Handler PIC

As the Handler PIC, you will be responsible for overseeing the handling of goods within the warehouse. Your role includes managing the receipt, storage, and preparation of products for shipment. You will ensure that handling procedures are followed accurately, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with other team members to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Handler Operator

In the Handler Operator role, you will perform tasks related to the handling and movement of goods within the warehouse. This includes operating equipment, such as forklifts, to move products, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring that inventory is properly stored and accounted for. You will work closely with the Handler PIC to maintain smooth warehouse operations.

Delivery PIC

As the Delivery PIC, you will oversee the delivery process, ensuring that products are dispatched and delivered to customers accurately and on time. Your responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, coordinating with drivers, and addressing any delivery-related issues. You will ensure that all delivery operations comply with company standards and customer expectations.

Delivery Operator

In the role of Delivery Operator, you will be responsible for the physical delivery of products to customers. Your duties include loading and unloading goods, driving delivery vehicles, and ensuring that products are delivered safely and efficiently. You will follow delivery schedules and handle any customer inquiries or issues that arise during the delivery process.
