Sales Representative

Job Description

1. Build and maintain good relationships with customers, such as retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
2. Visit customers regularly to ensure their satisfaction and understand their new needs.
3. ⁠Work to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
4. ⁠Monitor sales results and create reports for management.
5. ⁠Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure products are distributed efficiently and on time.

8. ⁠Keep accurate records of sales and distribution.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales Distributor in a retail company.
3. Target-oriented.
4. High commitment, leadership skills, and strong work motivation.
5. Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with customers and colleagues.
6. Availability and ability to travel to customer locations.
7. Proficiency in computer operations (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, and Ms. PowerPoint).
